These Terms & Conditions constitute the legally binding agreement between you and 1ecom governing your use of the 1ecom platform, including all casino games, sports betting, crash games, payment services, and promotional offers. The operation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, device, IP address, payment method, or household — is strictly prohibited. 1ecom employs technical and manual monitoring to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 1ecom reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit all balances, bonuses, and pending withdrawals without prior notice.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 1ecom login credentials, including your password and any OTP codes received on your registered mobile number. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. 1ecom will never ask for your password by email, live chat, or phone.
You must notify 1ecom support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. 1ecom accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access where the player has failed to maintain adequate credential security.
You must keep your registered details — including mobile number, email address, and payment method information — accurate and current at all times. Updates to registered details must be communicated to 1ecom support and may require re-verification through the KYC process. 1ecom is not liable for failed transactions or delayed support responses arising from outdated account information.
You may request closure of your 1ecom account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Before closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed and any active bonus balances will be forfeited. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days. Players who close their accounts may re-register, subject to these Terms, unless the account was closed for breach of these Terms or under a self-exclusion arrangement.

All content on the 1ecom Platform — including but not limited to software, design, graphics, text, game interfaces, logos, and trademarks — is the property of 1ecom or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal gaming purposes only.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, or commercially exploit any content from the 1ecom Platform without prior written consent from 1ecom. Game content is the intellectual property of the respective game studios and is used by 1ecom under licence.
1ecom's collection, use, storage, and disclosure of personal data is governed by the 1ecom Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering a 1ecom account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.
1ecom collects and processes personal data including identity information, contact details, financial transaction records, gaming activity data, and device and connection information for the purposes of account management, regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, customer support, and platform improvement. Data is retained for the periods required by applicable regulatory obligations, typically a minimum of five years following account closure.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit 1ecom's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by its negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
1ecom aims to maintain Platform availability 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, 1ecom does not guarantee uninterrupted access and may suspend or restrict Platform access at any time for maintenance, upgrades, security measures, or regulatory compliance reasons. Where planned maintenance is expected to cause significant downtime, 1ecom will provide advance notice where reasonably practicable.
1ecom accepts no liability for losses — including, without limitation, losses on in-progress bets or game sessions — resulting from unplanned service interruptions, provided 1ecom takes commercially reasonable steps to restore service in a timely manner.
1ecom reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material amendments are made, 1ecom will notify registered players by email to their registered email address or by a prominent notice on the Platform, with at least 14 days' advance notice before the amended terms take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law, regulation, or license condition.
Your continued use of the 1ecom Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your 1ecom account before the effective date of the amendment.
In the event of any dispute between a player and 1ecom, the player should first contact 1ecom's customer support team at [email protected] with full details of the dispute. 1ecom will acknowledge the dispute within 24 hours and aim to resolve it within 5 business days of receiving complete information.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, the player may escalate the matter to the dispute resolution body designated by 1ecom's licensing authority, details of which are provided in the license documentation available upon request from 1ecom support.
Disputes regarding sports betting settlement must be raised with 1ecom support within 7 days of the relevant result being declared. Disputes raised after this period may not be accepted for review. Disputes regarding PSL match settlements are resolved with reference to official PCB results.
These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 1ecom's gaming license is held. Any legal proceedings arising from these Terms shall be conducted in the courts of that jurisdiction, to the extent not superseded by the dispute resolution procedures above.
1ecom reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a player's account at any time and without prior notice where 1ecom has reasonable grounds to believe that:
Upon termination for cause, any outstanding Real Money Balance held in the account at termination will be evaluated case-by-case.
